Holidays are so hard to keep yourself in line when all this great food is right in front of you. There are ways to handle the food and cravings! Don’t limit yourself, or tell yourself you can’t have something, it’ll only increase your cravings and make you indulge. Portion control is key, allow yourself to have desserts but only one or two bites, or only half a piece of cake, but once the holidays are over, clean out your fridge and start clean. Start back with your home-cooked meals. Cut down on eating out and start walking more! Even if it’s once every other day, something is better than nothing. Holidays don’t have to make you gain 50lbs! Enjoy your foods but stay in line with your goals. Happy New Year, it’s almost 2020!
