Do You Need Love?
You can copycat off of Laura Landerman-Garber who started a family holiday tradition from her basement 17 years ago and it’s grown into a huge labor of love. Garber’s tradition started when she and her family decided to write letters to military men and women stationed overseas.
She carried on the tradition with her family for a few years and then decided to invite her friends to send these types of letters, too. Long story short, she received so much of a response that she launched a nonprofit organization, and ready to send out over 160,000 cards to troops all around the world for this holiday season. Garber is not only sending cards but has also been receiving them, thanking her for the thoughtfulness. The moral to this story is, sometimes we receive the best advice, the best compliments and the most love, from strangers.
