Charlotte Animal Care & Control Waiving Some Fees In Honor Of Luke Kuechly
Calling all dog lovers! If you have room in your heart and home for a new member of the family, now is a great time to rescue a pup in our area!
Sad news for Panther fans this week as Luke Kuechly announced his retirement, but there is an upside! Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD’s Animal Care & Control is honoring Kuechly’s time with the team by offering a special adoption promotion.
AC&C will be waiving adoption fees on all adult dogs under 59 pounds when a financial donation is made. 59 is Kuechly’s jersey number. The goal is to find homes for 107 dogs during the promotion. 107 is a number that represents some of Kuechly’s accomplishments on the field.

My boy Kramer is a rescue dog, and most recently I adopted a senior dog named Mollie. My dogs, as crazy as they are, bring me so much happiness.
