The Dumpling Lady Closes Due to COVID-19 Postive Employee in Charlotte
The virus is still out there people, we need to be safe, smart, and productive in stopping the spread.
Have you ever been to The Dumpling Lady in Charlotte’s Optimist Hall? Well, if you haven’t yet experience the deliciousness of these dumplings, you may have to wait a bit longer now. The establishment is not temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a statement on their Instagram, the employee last worked on Sunday, June 28. “The employee, who last worked on Sunday, June 28, is currently self-isolating at home and will not return to work until the CDC-recommended criteria to discontinue isolation have been met. We have alerted the health department to this development.”
The Dumpling Lady will stay closed until all staff members can be tested. Optimist Hall remains open for other businesses at this time. You can see more on other means of operation here.
