Did ‘The Simpsons’ Predict That Kamala Harris Would Be Vice President?

The Simpsons are known for loosely predicting big pop culture moments. According to Time, they have predicted Donald Trump becoming president, Siegfried and Roy’s tiger attack, FaceTime, Smart Watches, and Lady Gaga performing at the Super Bowl halftime show.

Not it appears as if they’ve done it again.

According to the New York Post, in the same episode that predicts that Trump will be president, it shows Lisa Simpson becoming the first female president of the United States.

People are freaking out because in it, Lisa is wearing a nearly identical outfit to the one Kamala Harris wore yesterday at the Inauguration. She has a purple pants suit on, pearl earrings, and a pearl necklace. Now fans are freaking out and saying that The Simpsons knew that Kamala would be Vice President. Or at least that they knew what she would wear.
