Throwback Video Of The Week: Michael Jackson “Billie Jean”

The King of Pop is now officially in the Billion Views Club. According to Billboard, Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” has hit the billion mark on YouTube and joins two other ’80s songs that have already hit the milestone: Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine” and a-ha’s “Take on Me.”
“Billie Jean” was released as the second single from Michael’s milestone 1982 album, Thriller. The song was a massive hit all over the world and won two Grammy Awards, as well as a Billboard Music Award and American Music Award. The video is still averaging more than 600,000 daily global views in 2021.
