Did Megan Fox Throw Shade On Brian Austin Green’s Instagram Post?
Megan Fox appears to have made a dig at her ex-husband Brian Austin Green on Instagram. Or, perhaps, she’s just really happy for him and his new girlfriend.
The Jennifer’s Body star commented on a sentimental post Green shared about his new girlfriend, Sharna Burgess, the Australian ballroom dancer best known on ABC’s series Dancing with the Stars.
In the photo showing Green kissing Burgess, he wrote, “It’s been a really long time since I’ve been with someone I can truly share life with.” Green and Fox were married for a decade.
Fox, who filed for divorce from the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor last November 2020 simply replied, “Grateful for Sharna” with a purple heart emoji. Burgess, ignoring Fox’s comment, replied, “There’s no one else I could ever imagine sharing it with. I love you ❤️.”
Fox’s comment, which has since been deleted, had many interpreting it as sarcasm. One user wrote, “He tried to throw shade and Megan said, ‘Not today, sir.'” Another said, “Sounds like she’s happy to have him off her hands 😆.”
“But is Brian grateful for MGK?😂” wrote another.
One user contemplated, “Was BAG was being shady or petty… ?(they shared children and many years, obviously at some point they shared a love/ so why publish this. His new lady deserves something real, hopefully he is…🤷🏽♀️) and meanwhile Megan is seems truly grateful she’s moved on.”
