Tweetsie Railroad’s Ghost Train Is Back This Halloween
BOO! It’s back! One of North Carolina’s most famous Halloween traditions, the Ghost Train at Tweetsie Railroad is back this year brining spooky fun to all.
According to WCNC, the fun Halloween attraction is back for 2021. Every Friday and Saturday night through October, Tweetsie’s Wild West Park becomes one of the spookiest places in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The family will love this and it’s a great trip to take on a weekend. Attractions include the park’s haunted house and Freaky Forest, the Boneyard and Creepy Carnival, plus trick-or-treating for kids. Kids are invited to wear dress up in costume.
I don’t remember the Ghost Train, but as a kid, we’d go to Tweetsie Railroad every few years. I still have a picture somewhere of myself, around the age of seven, and one of my older Jersey cousins at Tweetsie. We always had so much fun!
Due to COVID protocols, Tweetsie Railroad is only allowing a limited number of guests on the Ghost Train. Get your advance tickets here and find out more so you can plan a trip.
We are soooooo excited! 🤩One hour until #GhostTrain2021 opens for the season at Tweetsie Railroad. #halloweenfamilyfun @BRinfo @ExploreBoone pic.twitter.com/W723kUI3z4
