Lavender Lane Farms Bloom Festival This Weekend
If you’re looking for some family fun this weekend, then Dallas, N.C. is the place to go! Dallas Lavender Lane Farm’s 3rd Annual Bloom Fest is happening this Saturday and Sunday and there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Admittedly, I’ve yet to venture out to Dallas Lavendar Lane Farm but I want to. I LOVE lavender and they have plenty of it. They offer a full line of products including essential oils, bread mixes for baking, hand soaps, body lotions, and much more.
This weekend’s festival will have over 50 craft vendors and lots of food vendors. Big turkey legs, hot doughnuts, boiled peanuts and ribs are just a few of the food items you’ll be able to try. Baby goats will be on hand for the kids to see and there will be a huge playground. There’s a bubble show beginning at 3 pm and train rides will begin around 3:30 pm.
The farm is located at 937 Old Wills School Road in Dallas, N.C. and the event is free! There will be a $5 charge for parking so bring some cash along.
