Greater Charlotte Heart Walk Rescheduled To October 16th
The Greater Charlotte Heart Walk is being rescheduled to October 16th. The decision was due to unpredictable weather from Hurricane. Make note of the new date October 16th at 10:30am at First Ward Park beginning at 12pm. The decision to cancel this weekend’s Greater Charlotte Heart Walk was made out of concern for the health and safety of the many volunteers, survivors, staff and public who would be present during this event. Please reach out to the organization at www.charlotteheartwalk.org or contact GreaterCharlotte@heart.org.
People with heart disease who maintain an good attitude are less likely to die than those who are more negative. That’s why every October many of us celebrate Health Literacy Month. American Heart Association is a leading force for a world of longer, healthier lives, and fret resource for us. They have been doing lifesaving work for quite some time empowering people to improve heart health, brain health and well-being. They also collaborate with organizations and millions of volunteers to fund innovative research. At the end of the day the organization advocates for health policies, and resources to benefit us.
