Locals Needed This Month To Be Extras In A Movie Being Filmed In Waxhaw
If you’ve always wanted to be in the movies, now is your shot! There’s a movie filming in Waxhaw and extras are needed for the month of June. According to WSOC, there’s a casting call for people to play patrons at a restaurant.
The movie is called ‘Operation Taco Gary.’ An old Burger King restaurant has been turned into the taco joint for the film. IMBD says the movie is about two brothers who travel on a cross-country road trip that quickly falls apart when they become involved in a global conspiracy. The movie stars Simon Rex and Tony Cavalero. There isn’t a lot more info about the movie.
Filming will happen on different dates in June. If you’re interested in being a part of the film, you must live in the Charlotte area as no travel expenses are being paid. They’re looking for different types of people, and they’re looking for folks who have vehicles made before 2000.
