(HDP), a subsidiary of INLIVIAN, will unveil the initial phase of the redevelopment of the former Dillehay Courts, including the property’s new name called Horizon Development Properties, a subsidiary of INLIVIAN. They’re hosting a grand opening and ribbon-cutting event to celebrate the first phase in the redevelopment of Dillehay Courts with community partners.

These units are designed to accommodate residents with varying income levels, encompassing those earning 30%, 60%, and 80% of the area median income, translating to annual incomes ranging from approximately $20,000 to $50,000.
