Walmart Introducing ‘Inflation Deal’ To Help You Save For The Holidays
Over the last few months, grocery shopping has become silly expensive! Food prices are getting way too high, and it’s hurting lots of us. Walmart is deciding to help us with inflation, just in time for the holidays.
According to FoodBeast, the company is introducing a new ‘Inflation Deal’ which is rolling out starting on November 1. With this deal, customers can purchase two Thanksgiving meal basket options with prices reduced. Both basket options will be good til December 26 so that folks can save money for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
Each of the baskets will include ingredients for holiday meals. With one of the baskets, the food isn’t cooked, you’ll have to do the work in the kitchen, but the store is giving you all ya need. Both baskets include turkey (for under $1 a pound), ham, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and more.
The second basket has more ready-to-bake options, so all you need to do is turn the oven on or pop something in the microwave. Not everyone enjoys cooking, and the store gets that!
Walmart says that 92% of their customers are worrying about inflation, and how it could impact their holiday events this year. For families with kids, it’s especially important to save money wherever possible. If you have a neighbor or friend in need, buying them one of these baskets would be a great gift!
The baskets will be available on the Walmart app for pickup or delivery, and at Walmart.com. The store is also planning on having major deals on many popular gifts across apparel, beauty, electronics, home, toys and more for the holiday season. You can find out more here.
