If You Love Christmas Movies, You Can Be The ‘Chief of Cheer’
Til the season for Christmas movies! Lots of folks become attached to the TV watching back to back Hallmark movies, my mom is one of them! She loves them! If you love them too, you have a shot to be a ‘Chief of Cheer’.
According to USA Today, CableTV.com is offering a unique opportunity for someone to become the ‘Chief of Cheer’ this year. If you’re the lucky winner of this cool job, you’ll be earning $2500 for watching 25 holiday movies in 25 days. In addition, the lucky winner will be receiving a one-year membership tp several streaming services including, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more. There’s a total of seven streaming services you’ll be getting access to.
If you’re up for the festive gig, you must be at least 18 years old and put in your application online before December 1st. But before you apply, there’s a bit more to the job than just watching movies.
Here’s Your Other ‘Chief’ Duties
If you’re chosen as ‘Chief of Cheer’, watching movies is only part of the job. You’ll need to keep track of each movie you watch and rank it across three categories: nostalgia, heartwarming storytelling, and holiday cheer. Ranking the seven streaming services is also part of the job description. You will be ranking them in terms of accessibility, functionality, and holiday movie selection.
