Mel’s Music Flashback: Throwback Songs That Turn 32

When I see a list of “these songs turn 30” this year, I usually cringe. Mostly because I know I’ll know all the songs and then feel really old! LOL! I’m sure I’m not alone. When I saw this video though, it brought back some awesome MTV moments for me.

There’s a TikTok video of a mom dancing to clips of five songs that turn 32 years old this year. I love that in the video, her daughter is dancing with her to some of the song clips. Obviously, mom has brought her kids up on good music! It’s too funny though when the daughter gives her mom the “OMG you’re embarrassing me” look. LOL!

The video is quick, but if you’re like me and watched MTV all the time in the 80’s, you’ll get short clips of each video to these songs.

I don’t want to tell you the names and artists of the songs. Let’s see if you can figure it out.  And if you’re wondering, yes the blog pic is me in 1988.
