I thought when I went to App State in Boone, the dating pool wasn’t the greatest. If you went to App State or go there now, you know what I mean. But, it looks like there are far worse places for singles.
In a recent report, WalletHub figured out the 10 worst cities in America for single people. They looked at over 180 cities with over 30 key factors to determine the worst 10. These factors included the percent of people who are single in the area, the number of opportunities for online dating, and the typical price of a meal for two people.
One NC city (not Boone surprisingly) made the list as #9.
