Change seems to happen each and every day in the Charlotte housing market. More and more people are moving to the Queen City so more homes are needed. If you have the budget for it, you could like one of the most expensive real estate properties. So we thought it was time to give the list a refresh and show you what’s out there.
Of course homes at these price ranges don’t sell quite as quickly as others might, but there’s still a lot of new stuff to see here. From historic homes to ones with full football fields for lawns, they are worth the look. Plus, some of the homes that were on here before have changed prices.
There are all the homes currently listed above $3,500,000 in Charlotte. We left out the ones without buildings though, just to be clear. I don’t want any lots for sale! We are looking at homes with four or more bedrooms, three or more bathrooms, and lots of amenities. With that being said, let’s take a look at the most expensive Charlotte homes currently on the market, as of May 11th, 2022, below.
