Is there anything more thrilling than zipping through the trees? Is ziplining something you should try if you have never done it? There are zip lines that are 100 feet long and those that are over 1,000 feet long I have done. Ziplining is one of my favorite activities. It’s thrilling, liberating, and just plain fun.

• About Carolina Ziplines

  In 2010, Keith and Barbara Bollman purchased Carolina Ziplines Canopy Tour from the original owners. In addition to their 12 children, they had 26 grandchildren with them. This contributed to the “family vibe” they brought with them. A zipline company called Carolina Ziplines is located near the Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina. It features 11 zip lines and is located on a 27-acre farm. Located in the heart of town, it is a family-owned business where you will have the time of your life. My family and I took part in this family-friendly outdoor activity this month.

  Zipline Tour Rates are the following:

  • Adults (ages 11 and up) $80.00 per person
  • Children (ages 3 to 10) $45.00 per person

  If you have a large group, they do discounts as well.
