Pumpkins! I cannot explain why they make me happy. They always have. It’s weird how certain visuals just give you joy. I’ve been a fan of pumpkins since I was a kid. The sight of a pumpkin patch makes me giddy! Yes…I also enjoy pumpkin spice, pumpkin pie, and other pumpkin flavored foods, but it’s actual pumpkins that make me smile. WHICH is why “Autumn at the Arboretum” in Texas is now on my bucket list. The Dallas Arboretum has “Autumn at the Arboretum” which includes the nationally acclaimed Pumpkin Village featuring pumpkin houses and creative displays utilizing more than 90,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash along with hay bales and cornstalks. It is SO CUTE! I cannot lie, I want to spend the night in the pumpkin house!
