10,000 children ages 6 to 12 were surveyed on this topic and shockingly almost all never knew.
This will have you running home and making sure your kids know some basic facts.
One in five kids does not know apples grow on trees while more than 9 out of ten were not aware that bananas or strawberries came from plants! Other fun facts, 60 percent didn’t know grapes grow on vines. 3 in ten kids say they have never picked their own fruit before.
