Holiday Inn Says Bye to Mini Shampoos to Save Seas
Dang, I’m happy and sad at the same time now.
I love mini shampoos, lotions, and conditioners you get at hotels. Even if I bring my own wash, I still take them home with me. They are just so cute and mini.
But now, things are going to change. The owner of Holiday Inn and InterContinental Hotels says Tuesday nearly 843,000 guest rooms are switching to bulk-size bathroom amenities as part of an effort to cut waste and save the seas.
The fight to save the seas depends on it, so I’m in. The transition is said to be completed by 2021.
