Shelah Marie Shares Her Patti Labelle Impersonation
Self-help advocate Shelah Marie recently took to Instagram to share her Patti Labelle Impersonation with her followers, in an attempt to gain recommendations for a singer to sing at her wedding.
She’ll be walking down the aisle to meet her fiance, rapper Ace Hood at the alter soon, and she isn’t sure if Patti Labelle herself is in her budget.

Rocking a black and white fitted dress with her signature big curls, Marie lip-synced to Patti Labelle’s “If Only You Knew,” with the perfect theatrics, citing that the video was about the only time that she gets to use her “expensive a–” theater degree.
“1. Yes this is all use my expensive a– theater degree for these days and I’m okay with that,” Marie wrote at the beginning of the caption of her post.
“2. I did a twist out on blown-out hair and wand curled. 3. Dress from @touchdolls 4. Makeup by @shelby.rose.artistry,” Marie continued before informing her followers that she’s looking for a singer.
“5. SERIOUSLY LOOKING FOR A SINGER OR GROUP (IN FL CUZ TRAVEL COSTS WHEW) WHO CAN PULL OFF THIS RUN WHILE I WALK DOWN THE AISLE. Not sure if Patti is in my budget,” Shelah Marie concluded.

Hopefully, Marie can find the singer that she’s looking for, but if not, she may just find a gig in Sin City impersonating Patti Labelle because her impersonation was gold.
