“Music For Meals” On WCCB Saturday Raising Money For Second Harvest Food Bank
So many people in our community have been hit hard by the pandemic. Sadly, many are in need of food. Second Harvest Food Bank is definitely in need of supplies, and Saturday night you can help!
WCCB-TV presents “Music For Meals: A Carolina Together Event” Saturday night at 9 PM. Local and regional musicians will be performing to raise money for Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Wilson and Morgan Forgarty will be hosting the event. The monies raised will be used to purchase food boxes for those in need.
The shelf-stable food boxes will help feed families, children missing school meals, senior citizens so they can stay safely at home, workers who have reduced income or lost their job, and other at risk people who have to remain quarantined.
