LEGO Has Grown-Up Art Kits And They Look So Cool
If you’ve always wanted to create your own masterpiece, here’s your shot! LEGO just announced a new line of art kits for grown-ups designed to double as home decor. Something positive to happen in 2020!
LEGO just unveiled a great way to stay busy while at home: pop-culture-themed adult art kits that can hang on your wall. These may not go in your living room but they’d be cool for a home office, a mancave/sheshed, or in a bonus room. LEGO announced the new LEGO Art Wednesday.
Each set comes with a signature tile design unique to the set as well as a hanging element to make them easy to put on display. They also come with a bespoke soundtrack. While you’re building, you can listen to stories associated with the piece you’re creating. You can create “Darth Vader” while listening to anecdotes from the creators of Star Wars.
Four sets are available: Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe, portraits of the members of The Beatles, a set featuring various versions of Iron Man’s suit, and a Star Wars set based on popular villains. The Lego Art sets cost $120 each and are slated to launch on September 1st in the US.
