Hershey’s is Raising Candy Prices This Year

As a candy addict, I am VERY upset about this.

Don’t look now but that Hershey’s candy you like to give out during the holidays is about to cost you a bit more. Hershey’s CEO Michele Buck has announced that the company will be raising prices on its mini chocolate bars, seasonal shapes, and Kisses this year.

This price hike will be the first one that Hershey’s has done since 2014. Buck didn’t say how much the hike would be except that “historically, retailers do pass it along.” You can see more on this story here. Personally, these are my favorite candy bars from Hershey’s listed below.

  Take the same chocolate from the standard Hershey bar, except put it in a fun shape that is easy to share!

  Toffee is the secret weapon when it comes to chocolate bars and I love these with some hot coffee!

  Give me a break...am I right? I love the crunch of these Kit-Kat bars!

  Peanuts and caramel are two of my favorite things and this makes a great combo. It's also a candy bar I sometimes eat if I need an energy recharge.
