Dumber In The Summer: Man Intentionally Drives Car Into River To Fill Radiator
Summer is still rolling which means there are still opportunities for “dumber in the summer” stories. And I found a great one!
A man reportedly told the authorities that he intentionally submerged his car in a river so that he could fill up its radiator with water. Y’all, I just can’t.
Emergency crews in the city of Yakima, Washington, responded to calls at around 11am on Tuesday from multiple local residents reporting seeing a blue Chevrolet SUV in the water of the Yakima River.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they saw the vehicle in the water and the car’s owner nearby. The man driving the car told police that he intentionally drove the vehicle into the river because he needed to get water into his radiator since he just replaced the thermostat. Bless.
The car was eventually towed out of the water. I’ll say this, if this guy is married his wife is probably not claiming him at the moment! LOL! You know she is beyond embarrassed!
