An Entire Town In Tennessee Could Be Yours
It happened on “Schitt’s Creek.” Now you could have your very own town, too. According to UPI, the entire town of Water Valley, Tennessee is on the market for $725,000. That barely gets you a house in Charlotte anymore!
The picturesque hamlet about an hour southwest of Nashville features a home built in 1900, four “general stores” also built in the early 1900s, and a barn. Two of the buildings included in the sale have “updated wiring and plumbing” and the listing suggests the property would be perfect for a bed and breakfast or some other type of business venture.
