From road trip ideas to getting ready to catch a flight, it’s time to enjoy a vacation. Time to find out how many of these iconic landmarks you may have visited already?

Stamping your passport and exploring other countries is always great, but see what is in your own backyard. Check out some of these most famous places in the USA and see what there is out there. Whether they’re destinations you know of like the Statue of Liberty and Times Square to The Alamo or Niagara Falls. Enjoy vacation time and visit these famous landmarks.   • 25. Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls, New York)

    This destination is known to have the world’s fastest-moving waterfall. Niagara Falls started forming nearly 12,000 years ago from glacier activity and is now one of the most famous destinations.

  • 24. Mount Rushmore (Keystone, South Dakota)

    This national memoriam is one of the most massive sculptures carved into the side of Mount Rushmore. It was completed in 1941 and is roughly 60 ft. high depicting the faces of former U.S. president’s including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.

  • 23. Yellowstone National Park (Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho)

    Visit Yellowstone National Park and see nearly 3,500 sq. mile recreation area near a volcanic hot spot. The park is mostly in Wyoming and stretches into parts of Montana and Idaho as well.
