I’ve lived in Charlotte long enough now to have seen three different official logos from the Charlotte Knights. That’s not counting the special Caballeros and Pitmasters logos they trot out every now and then. According to MILB.com, the Charlotte Knights unveiled a new set of logos and uniforms on November 1st.

The latest look adds a healthy dose of blue to the Charlotte Knights uniform for 2023. The change comes ahead of the team’s 30th year in the Triple-A International League and 10th season at its home of Truist Field in uptown Charlotte. The Knights have actually been around longer than that, debuting in 1976 in the Double-A Southern League.

This update marks the first time the White Sox affiliate has changed its look since 2014. The logo still features a knight’s helmet, albeit a slightly different one, and it’s set against either a blue “C” or home plate in the background. The new uniforms also incorporate what they’re calling “Knights Blue.”

You can see examples of the updated Charlotte Knights logo and uniforms below. Of course, the new merch is already available in the Team Store.
