Mom Of 11 Makes Kids Wear Numbered Shirts To Keep Track Of Them
When I was a kid there was a family down the street that had 13 kids. 13! I thought I was awesome when I remembered everyone’s name! A woman in England is having a hard time keeping track of 11 kids and they’re hers!
Joseph and Nicole Sutton say that they never planned to have kids but now they are the proud parents of 11. The couple was shocked 14 years ago when their first child was born. Nicole was using a contraceptive implant but still became pregnant. The couple loved parenting so much that they decided to have more kids.
Nicole is now 30 years old and she and her husband have 11 kids. Rhiannan is the oldest at 14 years old and Navy is the youngest at five months old. Wow! The family made t-shirts with numbers on them and each child wears their number when the family goes out. Joseph and Nicole want to make sure everyone is accounted for.
The couple traded their plans for fancy cars for a 17-seater mini bus to get their big brood around and say they never could have imagined being so happy. “It’s a mad house,” Joseph admits, “but I wouldn’t change it.”
The family stays organized by laying out toothbrushes, school uniforms and dishes for breakfast the night before. Nicole says she spends about half an hour making 12 beds, washes three loads of laundry, and vacuums five times EVERY day.
