Woman Admits She Can’t Pronounce Husband’s Name
I really don’t understand this story and the list of questions I have for this woman is long! A woman on TikTok recently shared that even though she’s been married to her hubby for three years, she still doesn’t know how to pronounce his name. What?!
A woman who goes by @maybebrea on TikTok recently shared that she can’t pronounce her Swedish name so she uses the pet name “baby” instead of using his name. For three years she’s been doing this! Her video clip has now gone viral with over two million people liking her video. Some folks find her situation hilarious while some think it’s crazy!
The husband in question’s name is Ragnar. The wife isn’t sure where the emphasis is on his name. She isn’t sure if it’s raGNAR, RAGnar, rAgNaR or something else.
Now, I hate to be mean but wouldn’t you figure out the pronunciation of your husband’s name BEFORE the wedding?! After the first few dates I think you’d want to clarify how to say the man’s name. How are you married for three years and don’t know how to say your hubby’s name? I just don’t get it.
I assume the husband in question doesn’t mind the “baby” pet name because they’re still together. I’m a bit scared for these two to have kids though. What if the hubby wants to use a Swedish name? I could go on and on with the questions.
Not going to lie to you, I weep for our future a bit. If this is what the world is coming to, we are in trouble! LOL!
