The Hallmark Channel Has Its Own Hard Seltzer
I don’t really understand the obsession with hard seltzer, but apparently everyone loves it. I’ve tried it and I don’t hate it, but it’s not my favorite. There are so many brands available now and there’s a new one to add to that list.
Last year, the Hallmark Channel launched their own line of wines and now they’re adding hard seltzer to the mix. The network’s Cheers Rose Seltzer is described as a “deliciously sweet, rose wine seltzer that is easy to enjoy anywhere.” My guess is that it pairs well with Christmas movies and Rom-Coms.
Andrew Nelson, the Hallmark Channel Wines winemaker says the new hard seltzer is unique because it’s wine based. Most hard seltzers in the U.S. are made from cane sugar, but this one starts with wine grapes.
If you’re planning a Hallmark movie marathon, this may be the perfect accompaniment. The Hallmark Channel Cheers Rose Seltzer is available in pink can four-packs for $16. I must say the pink can is quite festive! You can buy it at hallmarkchannelwines.com and a retail launch is expected in the near future.
