ABBA Teases First Music Release In 39 Years
Everything we play on Friday’s “Disco Drive Home” is at least four decades old. But we may have to add something new soon. Swedish group ABBA took to Twitter to tease their first new music in 39 years.
It appears that Agnetha Faltskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Björn Ulvaeus, and Benny Andersson are mounting a major comeback. According to The Sun, a new release could be out as soon as Friday, September 2nd. On top of that, the group is preparing to launch a show called “ABBA Voyage,” which will feature their younger selves beamed on stage as “Abba-tars” and performing a range of classic hits.
ABBA also has a new website, ABBAVoyage.com, where you can sign up to get the latest news about everything going on with them. Here’s that cryptic tweet:
