The Aldi Chicken That Tastes Like Chick-Fil-A
Although I try not to eat fast food often, I’ll admit that I’m a big fan of Chick-Fil-A. And I always get the same thing: a number one large. That’s a Chick-Fil-A sandwich, large fries, and a large half and half tea. So good!
If you’re a fan too, there’s chicken at Aldi that customers say tastes exactly like Chick-Fil-A. Customers say the Kirkwood frozen breaded chicken breast fillet nails the flavor of the fast-food chain. I’ve heard for a few years that Sam’s Club has frozen chicken and fries that are almost identical to what the restaurant serves, but I don’t have a Sam’s card so I’m outta luck there.
I DO have an Aldi close by that I shop in though. I’ve never tried their ‘red bag chicken’ as shoppers affectionally call it. Folks love this chicken so much; it has its own Facebook page with over 23,000 members. What?! Wild!
With inflation hitting all of us, and with the price of groceries continuing to go up, I try not to buy things I haven’t tried. I like to cook so usually I don’t buy a lot of frozen products. But with this brand getting so much love, I am going to have to give it a shot.
