If you’re married, or if you’ve ever been married, then you know that trying to get your significant other’s attention can be hard. When I was married, I’d ask my husband to take out the trash. After hours of not getting to the chore, I’d end up doing it myself. THAT is when he’d say, ‘I was gonna take it out.’ UGH! Frustrating!
Well, one woman has come up with the perfect way of summoning her husband. It’s brilliant! According to Newsweek, Tena Hull has an easy but effective way of getting her husband’s attention. She grabs a power drill, turns it on, and pretends like she’s going to use it for something. In the video clip, she demonstrates what she does, and her husband reacts immediately!
When her husband hears the drill, he says, ‘What’s going on in there? Why do you have a drill?’ We can only assume that any drilling done in the house is something he does, so hearing the drill gets his attention immediately. LOL!
Hull says that all wives have been in this situation, and that the drill is more effective than calling out her husband’s name over and over. And she’s right! This is the perfect solution to getting your husband’s attention. Smart lady.
