Mom Tracks Down Kid On Video Game For Chore
Kids now have no clue what it was like for parents not be able to track you down. When I was a kid, there were no cellphones and there was no way your parents could find you via video games. And that’s what one mom did when her kid wouldn’t answer her phone.
According to Scary Mommy, ChaCha Watson’s tween daughter didn’t answer her cell phone the numerous times her mom called. Watson needed her 11 year-old daughter Miracle to take some things out of the freezer for dinner.
Since Watson’s daughter didn’t answer the phone, the crafty mom found her daughter through a video game. The tech-savvy mom logged into Roblox, a online gaming platform, and found her daughter there. The mom saw that her daughter was playing a specific game, so she started playing as well so that she could give her daughter the message.
Watson has been playing the game some as a way to bond with her daughter, so she found her easily. And once she did she she was able to tell her daughter, ‘You see me calling you! Take the lasagna and garlic bread out of the freezer so I can cook it.’ Miracle apologized to her mom in the game, and said she’d handle the chore.
After sharing screenshots of their hilarious conversation on Facebook, the mom's post went viral.https://t.co/WfUq04mBHz
