North Carolina Hospital Ranked As One Of The Best In The World
North Carolina has plenty of hospitals. A recent study ranked 14 of them as some of the best in the nation. But only one made the list of top in the world.
According to Newsweek. Duke hospital is one of the best in the world. Duke University Hospital in Durham was No. 45 in the world and No. 14 in the nation on the list of the world’s best hospitals.
Newsweek Global Editor In Chief said in a press release, “we have ranked over 2,300 hospitals in 28 countries, including one that is new to our list, Taiwan. For the first time, we ranked all top 250 global hospitals. We have also listed the best hospitals by country; each country list also includes a listing of top specialty hospitals.”
The top two hospitals in the world were in the United States. Cleveland Clinic came in second, and Mayo Clinic of Rochester was number one.

According to Grand Canyon University, each state in the United States has a favorite medical drama series. North Carolina residents love a true classic medical drama. The University analyzed Google Trends search volume for 80 shows in the medical drama category between January 1, 2012, and January 1, 2022, using Wikipedia’s list of medical drama television shows. This is how North Carolina and other nearby states ranked for their favorite show.
