Man Creates Taylor Swift ‘Swear Jar’ For Wife And It’s Too Funny
The fact that I’ve been talking about Taylor Swift this year is scary! At some point, my rock-n-roll/heavy metal card may be taken away from me. But when I saw this story, I had to share because it’s too funny! A man in Maryland is trying to curb his wife’s obsession with Swift by creating a Swift ‘swear jar.’
According to Fox 10 in Phoenix, Dana Rice is showing off her new ‘swear jar’ on her Instagram page. In the video, she is explaining how her husband made the jar, and how she has to pay a quarter every time she’s talking about Swift. LOL! Forget the cursing, this man’s over the name Taylor Swift!
The jar’s label says, ‘Taylor Swift Jar’ and goes on to say that Rice will be charged a quarter for ANY reference to Taylor Swift. The hubby also is saying that the deal is including any mentions about Travis Kelce. The hubby is over it! And I get it! Taylor Swift is everywhere! She’s even increasing NFL ticket revenues due to dating Kelce.
Since Rice posted the video, it’s going viral big time. As of right now, the video has about 10 million views.
What Type Of Jar Do You Need?
I was thinking about what I discuss too much to warrant a ‘swear jar’. If I had to pick something, I’d say I’d need a ‘Seinfeld’ jar. OR an actual swear jar! Driving in Charlotte traffic brings out the major swear words! I think since Phil and I both are so careful about what we say while we’re on-air and working, our potty mouths are in full swing when the mics are off! LOL!
I’m wondering if this type of jar would help with weight loss. If I have to put a quarter in a jar every time I’m mindlessly snacking, I’d probably cut back. If cutting back doesn’t happen, I’ll have some serious vacation cash!
