Bananas Are The Latest Skin Care Trend

Got some bananas you need to use quickly? Instead of baking banana bread, you can hop on the latest skin care trend, banana peel natural Botox. Yup! That’s the viral new skin care routine that’s making the rounds on TikTok. According to the Daily Mail, influencers are using banana peels on their faces. The claim is that doing this can give you a ‘natural Botox effect’.

Botox is extremely popular. As you get older, the lines on your face get deeper. Due to the craziness of the world, I have lines from making the ‘what the _____’ face way too often. It’s now causing a deep line in my forehead. Recently, my mom asked me how I got the scar on my forehead because she didn’t remember me falling as a kid. Once I told her it was a wrinkle, she said, ‘Oh’ and made a face. LOL!

Bananas Are Now Face Fruits

A makeup artist, Katie Jane Hughes, is one of the content creators going viral for the new ‘face fruit’ Botox. In her video on TikTok, she says the banana peel facial made her skin feel amazing. That said, doctors aren’t really blown away by the new trend in skin care. Scientifically, there’s no evidence showing that rubbing a banana peel all over your face is helpful with lines. They recommend using a skin care product instead of fruit.

Despite experts saying that the banana peel isn’t proven to help with wrinkles, folks are still posting videos and saying it works. Bananas do have antioxidants, but rubbing a peel on your face won’t replace a legit face cream or anti-aging products.

I’m skeptical, but I’ll admit that I’m intrigued. Botox just isn’t for me as I’m not a needle fan. Yes, I have tattoos but a needle going into my skin on my face just freaks me out. And if anyone would have an adverse reaction to Botox, it’d be me. Bananas are WAY cheaper than anything you can buy at a spa, so that’s a bonus!

Check out the video and judge for yourself. The upside is that using a banana peel for skin care won’t cost you too much, so if it doesn’t work, it won’t be a huge monetary loss. People pay for snail facials (real thing) and pickle facials, so banana peel facials don’t seem that crazy!

    This is including road traffic investigators, freight agents, supply chain managers, etc. The skin stress test score is 47.9. Beauty tips for this industry include a routine that contains Vitamin A, B, and C.

  • 5. Engineering and Manufacturing Industry

    This industry includes mechanical engineers, welders, etc. The skin stress test score is 47. For this industry, you will need to pair a glow giving serum to ward off looking too tired. Also, use a replenishing moisturizing cream for brighter skin.

    This industry includes positions such as doctors, nurses, health visitors, etc. The skin stress score is a 42.7. You will need to add gentle face polish a few times a day to help re-energize your skin. Your skincare should also include Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C.

    This industry includes jobs such as lawyers and judges. The skin stress score is 41.9. In this profession, you should add a moisturizer that will give you a dewy finish to help hide and protect stress look.

    With the lowest score of them all is the Sport and Leisure industry. Their score is a 34.2. You should use SPF most importantly to protect your skin from sun damage and Vitamin C to brighten skin tone and help reduce the signs of aging.
