Woman Says No To Second Date So Guy Wants Refund For First
Dating is like buying fruit at the grocery store….it’s a gamble. If you pick an apple at the store, eat it, and don’t like it, you can’t return it. Dating is the same. If you go out with someone once and don’t like them, you can’t get a refund. Dating is a toss up!
And that brings us to this story. A woman went out with a man on a first date. She didn’t have a wonderful time and there was no “love connection”. When the guy asked her out for a second date, she politely declined. So now this guy wants to be paid back for their first date.
Kyle Estella has gone viral on TikTok for sharing her text exchange with the guy. Once she said no to the second date, he sent her a text demanding her to pay the cost of dinner and parking from the first date. Say what?!
According to Nine.com, the messages show that months after their first date, he asked her out again out of the blue. When she said no, he immediately brought up money asking her to pay him back for the first date. At first Estella thought he was kidding. He asked her if she had a PayPal account and when she said no, he demanded she create one so she could transfer money to him.
Here’s the thing though: she offered to pay when they went out on the first date and he declined. He said he wanted to take care of it. After posting the scenario on TikTok, people had her back, agreeing with her on the issue. Lots of folks said she dodged a bullet and I agree This dude has issues.
