North Carolina Home to Some of the Best Hot Chocolate in the Country

Are you a fan of hot chocolate? Hot drinks don’t work too well with me as I seem to just feel like I am burning myself, but hot chocolate drinks can be very tasty and a treat for the holidays. One North Carolina has been deemed the home to some of the best hot chocolate there is. Can you guess where you can find this hot chocolate?

The Charlotte Observer reports that a study done by Yelp shows that French Broad Chocolate Lounge in Asheville makes some of the best hot chocolate in the country. Yelp looked into businesses with hot chocolate-related reviews throughout the country. The study also took into consideration their volume and ratings. This North Carolina chocolate lounge got reviews that rave about its rich flavors and the warmness of the drink. That warm adjective sounds like even I may enjoy it if it’s not scorching hot, hmmm. Besides the classic hot chocolate flavor, you can also mix it up when you visit. Check out their Mexican-style hot chocolate that has cinnamon, almonds, and more infused inside. They are also serving up a lot more holiday flavors that you would love to try.

Asheville is home to tons of other treat shops that you can enjoy whenever you visit. As the city is great to visit in the winter, treat shops will make you feel like you’re getting a taste of the holiday spirit. Check out the full article here.

Ready for some limited edition pumpkin spice foods, drinks, and more? Fall is one of my favorite seasons. Among my favorite things about the season are the activities, the weather, and most importantly, the treats.

Despite the fact that fall doesn’t begin until September 22, some restaurants and retailers are already gearing up for sweater weather. I mean it’s only September 13th and I’ve had about 10 PSLs already.
