Miller Lite Has Come Up With A Festive Way To Keep Your Beer Cold In Summer
We all know that summertime in the South gets quite toasty! The heat and humidity leads to sweaty, sticky days, especially if you’re outside. I’m a fan of summer concerts outside, and I love an ice-cold beer. The problem is if you’re drinking canned beer it gets crazy hot quick in the summer sun. The folks at Miller Lite have come up with a solution to keep beer cold without watering it down and it’s festive!
According to Food & Wine, Miller Lite is introducing Miller Lite’s Beer Cubes. These new cute cool-downs might be a game changer for beer drinking in the summer heat. They’re perfect for canned beer or beer in a glass. The ‘Beer Cubes’ look like tiny little cans of beer.
Making the ‘Beer Cubes’ is easy! You fill the Beer Cube tray with Miller Lite and then put the tray in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen. You gently flex the tray to release the Beer Cube, much like you do with an ice cube tray. Then you pop the tiny cans of frozen beer into your Miller Lite can, bottle, or glass. You’ll keep your beer cold without watering it down. Score!
If you’re a beer drinker, you usually have two options in summer: drink fast or have hot beer. That’s it. Of course, you can always add ice to your beer but then it gets watery. I’ve done this before and it’s not tasty. These new ‘Beer Cube’ are perfect!
