Viral Red Jeep Owner Explains Why Jeep Was Left on Beach During Hurricane Dorian
If you have social media you’ve seen the infamous red jeep by now…but have you seen all the memes that go along with it?
For starters, I want to approach why the jeep was even there. According to ABC11, the owner of the red jeep did not even know anything was wrong with his car until the police showed up on his doorstep.
The jeep owner explained he let his cousin borrow the car Thursday morning to watch the sunrise, but it got stuck in the sand. And then as the weather got worse, it became too dangerous to try and remove it.
Meanwhile, Myrtle Beach police said they’re very aware of the situation and are working on a plan to safely remove the Jeep from the beach. Until then, enjoy a good laugh:
