UNCC Evacuates Buildings Due to Gas Leak
The UNCC Twitter announced that three of the buildings on campus had to be evacuated today (10/11) due to a natural gas leak.
Buildings including Hickory, Sycamore and Cedar halls were all evacuated out of caution. Charlotte Fire Department and UNCC officials are on the scene and the valve for the gas line at the Science Building construction site has since been turned off.
