Disney Has Shared Its Mac & Cheese Recipe
There are two things people love: Disney and Mac & Cheese. Well now you can make Disney’s Mac & Cheese recipe at home. The recipe seems relatively easy.
The Taste of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival began on July, 15 and will continue into fall. However, like everything else this year, the event is a bit different to ensure the safety of all of those participating. For all of us at home that want to get a taste of the event, Disney has shared its Mac & Cheese recipe that’s sold at the World ShowPlace Pavilion.
Ingredients wise, you’ll need just about everything you usually use for any other homemade mac & cheese recipe. Butter, panko crumbs, coarse salt, pepper, your pasta of choice (cavatappi and elbow, preferably), flour, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, white cheddar cheese, and yellow cheddar cheese. The difference with this recipe is that it calls for Boursin’s garlic & herb cheese.
As many times as I’ve made mac & cheese I never thought to use the Boursin’s. It’s a soft cheese so it blends well. The recipe seems relatively straight forward. If you’re a fan of mac & cheese, you may wanna give this a shot.
