Four Ways To Get Ready For Football Season
The Carolina Panthers will open Training Camp at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC on July 26th. If you’re a diehard Panthers fan, the next four weeks might feel like an eternity. There are plenty of things you can do in the meantime to both get ready for the upcoming football season and make the days pass more quickly. Here are four, one for each week:
1. Buy your tickets – Single game tickets are still available for both pre-season and regular season games, but it might be tougher to get them once the season starts. Fan Fest (8/3) is also a ticketed event and those will be available beginning July 21st.
2. Check your tailgating gear – Take inventory of what you have, what needs to be repaired, and what needs to be replaced. And do it sooner rather than later! You don’t want to be scrambling for a grill, cooler, or cornhole set on gameday.
3. Spruce up your home viewing area – Whether it’s your living room, great room, den, or man cave, the place where you watch football on TV should look the part. How’s the screen size, picture, and sound? Do you have enough comfortable seating? What about table space for snacks and drinks? Do you have the right team decor? You can never have too much team swag!
4. Update your gameday wardrobe – If you just can’t get that nacho cheese stain out of the #88 Greg Olsen jersey you wore last season, it might be time for a new one.
