Turkish Airlines Just Raised The Bar For Safety Videos
Admit it. You never really pay that much attention to the flight attendants when they run through all of those airline safety instructions, do you? You’re checked out, flipping through the Sky Mall catalog, or already watching the movie that you’ve downloaded onto your iPad for the long flight. This is why airlines have stepped up their safety instruction game.

Some airlines, such as British Airways, have hired famous actors and other celebrities to star in their safety videos. Turkish Airlines also put celebrities in their new video, just smaller ones. Emmett, Lucy, even Batman from 2014’s The LEGO Movie are now telling passengers what to do in the “highly unlikely event of a water landing” and other aviation-related emergencies. Pay attention!
