Yoga And Pets Don’t Always Mix
My wife has studied yoga for years. She has been contorting herself for as long as I’ve known her. Sara became so good at it that she now teaches yoga classes all over Charlotte. But even a yoga expert like my wife still has her struggles with it, especially when she tries to do a “sun salutation” in our living room.
As soon as Sara gets on her yoga mat at home, our dogs think it’s playtime. Cali and Cocoa rush right over and try to get in on the fun. That’s not the kind of “downward dog” she has in mind.

Cats are just as guilty as dogs of interrupting the flow. Somehow, baby goats seem to have found a place in that world with “Goat Yoga.” Otherwise, yoga and pets generally don’t mix. This is why people go to yoga studios:
