Food & Festivities To Benefit Our Furry Friends!
If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, may I suggest this! CLT’s MACdown is happening Saturday, November 10, at Carolina Union Volleyball Club, Whitehall Corporate Center from 2-6pm. If you’re a mac n’ cheese fan, you definitely wanna check this out. There are a number of Charlotte restaurants preparing unique and interesting takes on mac n’ cheese, and there’s craft beer tasting with numerous local breweries participating. Food, beer, AND it’s all for a great cause! Proceeds from the event will go to Project HALO (Helping Animals Live On), which is a non-profit, NO-KILL animal rescue and sanctuary based in Charlotte, N.C. They are a 100% volunteer organization and are funded privately by generous donors. Great cause! Fun time! Find out more details here.
