If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to eat more meat, you might want to pack a bag and take some time off from work. America’s favorite barbecue joints are spread out all over the country.

Travel + Leisure compiled a list of the best places for barbecue based on Yelp reviews. It’s not surprising that the Carolinas are well represented. Here are the top ten:
